“Short Stay Away”
“Large very well appointed apartment right on the water. Reception staff extremely friendly with great local knowledge.
Large pool area and beautifully maintained gardens. Centrally located within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and the main shopping area.”

“What a fantastic property, within easy walking distance to anything you need. Apartment 11, partial water view is perfect for a family holiday.

“Just stayed in one of the water view penthouse apartments and it was fabulous. It was even better than we’d thought it looked online. It was spotlessly clean and the views were fantastic. The apartment was spacious and has everything you need for your stay, even including things like dishwasher and washing powder. They are walking distance to beaches/restaurants/shops so good location.
Pool area was nice, good to have one heated pool and the jacuzzi as it was a bit chilly/windy when we used it but meant we could still take the kids in.
I’d highly recommend these apartments!”
“Lovely apartment and fantastic pools”
“We booked to stay here for 3 nights with our family but ended up staying for a week. We were able to extend our booking and remain in the same apartment which the hotel staff facilitated by moving other bookings around.
The hotel/apartments is well placed within Caloundra being equally placed between Bulcock and golden beach with Kings beach a 20 minute walk away. The boardwalk of the hotel has views over to Bulcock beach and Bribie island and was a lovely spot to watch the water traffic or just read.
The apartment we were in was large and nicely presented with everything needed for an extended stay. The only disappointment was the jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom was not working. The main bedroom had an en suite shower room and a walk in wardrobe and its own TV.
The pool area was lovely. It has 3 pool areas along with a spa. One of the pools is heated so ideal if not travelling in summer. Often we had the pool area to ourselves. Close by today is a fish restaurant and a beer shop and within five minutes walk is a shopping mall.”
“Wonderful Stay”
“Fantastic apartments, lovely views. Loved the pools especially the heated as very windy that weekend.
Everything is within walking distance for restaurants etc. You can eat in or out, great having the choice.
Staff made us feel so welcome. Also having underground parking.

“Great Location and Room”
“Stayed for only one night whilst in town for business. I had a standard room which was a great size. The room faced west so was a little hot but the conditioning coped well.
The location is awesome, right on the river. The views from the pool area are great, and an awesome place to have a drink in the afternoon.
I would recommend staying here for a holiday but would try and get a room with a view.”
“Really Nice”
“We were only there for one night so booked into the motel room. It was very good. Comfortable bed, small lounge, desk and small kitchenette (no sink).
Even though we were made aware the motel rooms don’t have the wonderful ocean views the two bedroom apartments have we were still able to see the ocean over the well kept garden. It has three pools (one heated) and a good spa.
Next time we stay we will take fishing rods as people were catching fish off the hotel’s boardwalk and cooking them on the bbq. The bathroom was basic but fully equipped. All the staff we very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome”
“Perfect Penthouse”
“The penthouse that we recently stayed in was just perfect. It contains everything you need from a 2 night stay to a 4 week stay if you wanted. So close to everything, great views and loved the fact that it was equipped with kids beach toys!!!
The owners have thought about everything to detail. It was beautifully decorated and so clean. Loved it and we will DEFINITELY book again!”
“Wonderful Watermark”
“We booked a room with a partial Ocean View, we arrived in the dark and got up the next morning to the most amazing water view! Honestly you could have just about cast a line off our balcony!
The room had everything we needed Air-conditioners, great size, comfy beds, CLEAN and on top of that they texted you every week to come and service.
Parking was awesome, supermarket, shops, cafes all in walking distance.”

“I would highly recommend Watermark to anyone looking to stay in Caloundra.
I was running late on a Sunday and I received a call that ran me through the after-hours check-in process. I was informed that due to an air-conditioner fault they’d upgraded me to a larger apartment.
I found the price was already great value, but it then became even better! The resort was quiet, the facilities great and the room was sparkling clean. Didn’t want the four nights to end.
Will definitely stay again!”
