COVID-19 Policy

We understand that although COVID-19 is recently appearing less of a threat, it can still throw a spanner in our plans.

Direct Bookings

If you have booked direct with us, we already take care of you with a more flexible policy, but in addition we have added extra guarantees for this time.

If due to a change in government rules after you made your booking you are no longer legally able to come and stay with us, email us within 48 hours of that change in law and tell us that you cannot come and we will provide you with a full credit for your deposit.

If you do not email us to cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the change in law, the standard cancellation policy for your booking will apply.

Third-party Bookings

Bookings made via third-parties like Booking.com, Expedia, etc are treated in strictly according to the cancellation policy that applied to the booking when you made it. This will be detailed in the email that you have received from the booking agency.
