COVID-19 Policy

Due to the ongoing pandemic, states are making and changing public health directions which are legally binding on the hotel and guests.


If you are unable to use your reservation due to government restrictions that start after you made the booking, then we will provide free cancellation and refund your deposit in full. Please let us know as soon as possible that you need to cancel.

If government restrictions already prevent you from travelling at the time you make the booking, and your arrival date is less than 14 days away, then our standard cancellation policy will apply (this refund policy does NOT apply).

In all other cases, including change of mind, your cancellation will be processed in accordance with the standard terms that apply to your booking. This means that after the free cancellation period, the non-refundable booking deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.


  • You must let us know as soon as you are aware that you will need to cancel, and by 7 days before your day of arrival at the latest.
  • If the restrictions take affect less than 7 days before arrival, you must let us know that you need to cancel within 24 hours of the change.
  • Your booking must be cancelled with the original booking agent before the refund will be processed.

Advance Payments

If you need to cancel for any reason and have already paid more than our required deposit, we will refund any deposit amount that we are holding in excess of the cancellation fee.


Government directives may mean that our normal facilities, like the pools and spa, are no longer permitted to be used. There is no discount or refund if these facilities are closed for this reason.
