All of our apartments have private patio or balcony with water views. The standard apartment types look south over the pools at Bribie Island and Pumicestone Passage. The ocean view and waterfront apartment types have more expansive views of Pumicestone Passage from closer to the water.

No views, 1 room
Our motel rooms are suitable for a short stay with a single hotel room layout. They are on various floors from ground to 4th floor.
Although these rooms do not have any water views, they do have access to all of the resort facilities. All rooms have a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, tea/coffee making facilities and a small bar fridge. All rooms have either a patio or balcony.

Budget Motel

Our budget motel rooms are similar to the motel rooms, just a bit smaller, on the ground floor and with no patio.

Which Floor?
Our apartments range from ground floor to fourth floor.
Ground Floor
Our most convenient apartments for access to both the pool and our waterfront boardwalk. The ground floor apartments give you direct access from your private patio to the common areas, making it easy to watch the kids in the pool or walk down to the boardwalk for fishing. Yet the raised ground floor design of our building means you still have good water views.
Upper Floors
Our upper floor apartments do have slightly better views looking from a higher vantage point. In order to get to the pool area, you will need to walk a little further. Access to the pools and boardwalk is around the building, a little further than the ground floor units.
Car Parking
Undercover
We have allocated car parking in the basement under the building for all of our apartments. This car park is undercover and secured during the night. Most apartments have a single car park allocated to them (see the room description above for details). It is sometimes possible to allocate a second undercover car park subject to availability.
External
We also have an external visitor’s off-street car park which you or your visitors are welcome to use. On-street parking is also possible, with most of our street (Maloja Avenue) being untimed and free parking.
Motel Rooms
Our motel guests use the external visitor carpark, however we will allocate a space in our undercover car park subject to availability.
